Privacy notice

Scope and operator

This notice describes the current Lorecal website and its inquiry form. Lorecal is the product brand of an LLC whose full legal name, jurisdiction and public privacy contact are being confirmed. Customer data connections and service delivery will have separate data-handling arrangements agreed for each engagement.

Information you provide

The form collects your name, email, company, workflow description, optional tools and request type. Demo requests also collect a preferred date, time, time zone and meeting format. It records the submission time, your permission to be contacted, and source, medium and campaign labels present in the link you followed. Please describe your workflow without passwords, API keys, private documents or personal information about other people.

Demo scheduling

Requested times are preferences until the team confirms an appointment. If a booking-calendar link is available, it opens an external scheduling service. That service handles availability, appointment confirmation and its own privacy practices. We do not embed a third-party scheduling tracker in this page.

Why it is used

The team uses inquiry information to understand your request, assess a suitable demo, lesson or pilot, and respond. Campaign labels help identify which channels bring inquiries. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter, book a meeting or start a paid service.

Hosting, access and sharing

The site uses Sites hosting and Cloudflare database infrastructure. Inquiry records are available to the site owner through private administrative access and to providers as needed to operate the service. There is no public endpoint for listing inquiries. Hosting and sign-in providers may process connection information and maintain operational logs under their own practices.

Abuse prevention

The inquiry endpoint stores an hourly hash derived from the connection IP address to limit repeated requests. Raw IP addresses are not written to the inquiry database. Rate-limit entries are marked to expire after approximately two hours and removed by cleanup on later submissions; expiration does not mean immediate physical deletion. Provider logs and backups may have different retention periods.

Retention

No automatic deletion schedule for inquiry records is currently configured. The LLC's written retention schedule and operational deletion process are being finalized. Service engagements will define their own data-retention and return arrangements.

Access, correction and deletion

Use the privacy request form. It asks for your name, email and request description, without requiring a company or sales-contact consent. Include your request reference if available, and do not upload identification documents. The team may need to verify your identity before providing, correcting or deleting information. A dedicated monitored privacy contact will be added when the LLC details are supplied.

Tracking and browser storage

The application does not install advertising or third-party analytics scripts and does not track browsing across other websites. Hosting and access services may use cookies or similar storage. See Cookies & storage for the current implementation and browser-signal handling.

Updates

Changes to this notice will be posted on this page with a revised date. Any additional notice required for a material change will be addressed before it takes effect. This draft will be completed with the operator's actual contact details, practices and applicable requirements.
